Intro to Line Dancing Class

In this 4-week session, learn basic steps while dancing to popular line dances. Line dancing improves cardio fitness, balance strength, and flexibility, while also reducing stress and boosting memory. It's a fun, engaging activity that promote social connection. community, and overall wellness.
